My approach
I view psychotherapy as a digestive enzyme that helps you process life. A short- or long-term relationship with a therapist can give you the space and insight you need to move through your life with greater clarity and contact with yourself. Therapy is not magic, but utilizing a skillful support system can be help you navigate your life as only you can.
My approach is informed by Jungian/Depth Psychology, Parts Work, Existential, and relational therapy.
What I offer
An outside, attuned perspective. A focused and caring container—just for you—so you have the time you need to explore what you really want. Together, we will create a way of working that meets your needs. And sometimes that need is as simple as deep witnessing: many things can’t be fixed, solved, or changed, and we just need company as we process life’s heartaches. I bring my full self to therapy and am non-judgmentally devoted to your timing and growth.
About me
My pronouns are she/her. I am a spouse, parent, daughter, sister, and friend. I am passionate about the challenging-but-meaningful path of participating in family, friendships, and community. I seek to mind my privilege and practice the process of allyship to marginalized peoples. I live in Longmont, Colorado, and love to read, dance, create, and relate.
